Responsibilities:

• Processing the current secret shopper database to assign visits (considering shopper profiles, timeframes, and project conditions)
• Monitoring visit completion and questionnaire submission by shoppers
• Monitoring deadlines for completing shopper visits when necessary, searching for and posting advertisements on paid and free internet resources
• When necessary, conducting targeted recruitment of shoppers on social media platforms
• Working with leads budget planning and control

• Computer or laptop with constant internet access of at least 20 Mbps
• Ability to establish a remote working space

We are seeking project managers with foreign language proficiency for project-based work.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing project toolkit (Questionnaire, Instruction, Certification)
• Managing the project in the CRM system Interacting and collaborating with coordinators
• Engaging with project clients (customers)
• Continuously working on project quality improvement
• Preparing data for analytical reports

• Conducting surveys
