Key Responsibilities:

• • Coordinate assessment logistics, including scheduling and ensuring timely completion.
  • Monitor assessment progress for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct post-visit interviews and complete questionnaires.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external recruiters worldwide.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• • Prior experience in project coordination, preferably in market research or automotive.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with high-net-worth individuals in English and ideally another major language.
  • Desirable experience includes 5-star hotels, concierge services, executive search, or luxury automotive industry.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.

Compensation:

The Project Coordinator will be compensated with a fee for each successful post-visit interview and an additional fee for coordinating interviews executed through recruiters.
